Summary: Construction all day. Requested a discount, but we were refused. Hotel told me it would be under construction A DAY BEFORE arrival. I had no time to make other arrangements. In the past, Marriott was top notch. The room had the main light out, coffee stains in the carpet and a soda can left by previous guest. This is not a $200+ hotel. It is starting to match the sleazy, sloppy maintenance in California hotels. On the plus side, the view of the Marina and Columbia River was spectactular, five stars for that. The clerk invited us to breakfast, made it seem like a free offering (asked twice), but we found out it wasn't. Disappointing.

Summary: The area is really great to walk to nice restaurants. You are on a beautiful view of the water. The restaurant downstairs just enough to suffice. Any small appetites and the bar staff was amazing in the evening time. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean.

Summary: This location is central wherever you need to be during your visit to the Tri-Cities. The staff is helpful and there when you need them, and they leave you alone when you don't. Nice people no matter what. I appreciate them.
